The Director of Project Management will report to the Project Management Office (PMO) and work closely with regional leaders, senior management, and technical teams to support large-scale program portfolios for multiple utility clients. The successful candidate will bring direct experience working for a utility as a project manager, have a proven track record of team leadership and talent acquisition, and possess deep expertise in commercial consulting within the T&D utility industry. This position will be part of an established Project Management Office that is focused on expanding and executing a portfolio of distribution line, transmission line, substation, system planning and project management with both public-owned and investor-owned electric utilities. The candidate will have the opportunity to provide input and influence the strategic growth of the organization as well as help shape the culture of a dynamic team across our service territory. The position requires electric utility experience along with exemplary program and account management and leadership skills.
