About the position
The Director of Project Management at Ramsey Solutions is responsible for enhancing processes using Kanban principles, leading a team of project managers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives. This role emphasizes building strong relationships and trust within teams to drive effective collaboration and achieve organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of Kanban methodology to improve operational efficiency and reduce cycle times.
- Identify and analyze process inefficiencies and collaborate on solutions.
- Directly supervise and coach a team of project managers, providing guidance and support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
- Oversee the successful execution of key projects and strategic initiatives.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track improvement initiatives.
- Provide training and support on Kanban principles and continuous improvement practices.
Requirements
- Proven track record in implementing Kanban and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience in managing and developing a team of project managers.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across diverse teams.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage change.
- Strong analytical skills to assess complex situations and make data-driven decisions.
