About the position

The Director of Project Management is a leadership role responsible for overseeing the Projects division, ensuring successful project delivery, and implementing efficient processes to meet organizational needs. This position requires strategic and operational leadership to enhance efficiency and resource management while mentoring Project Managers and collaborating with executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure the successful execution of all projects.
• Develop and implement new processes to enhance efficiency, resource management, and technology use.
• Oversee all project activities, including monitoring, reporting, financial management, and performance.
• Mentor and develop Project Managers to ensure projects meet quality standards and company objectives.
• Act as the escalation point for clients and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to meet organizational goals and provide project expertise.
• Present performance reports and department metrics to senior leadership.
• Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure organizational objectives are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of management experience.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
