Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic property management plans to enhance profitability and operational efficiency
• Supervise property maintenance and compliance activities across all properties for safety and regulatory adherence
• Lead a team of property managers and maintenance partners to ensure seamless operations and exceptional tenant contentment
• Utilize market insights and financial analytics to guide decisions on property management accounts, leasing strategies, and pricing
• Cultivate and sustain positive relationships with property owners, tenants, and vendors to promote a harmonious and productive work environment

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Residential Property Management is required
• Must hold a valid CA Real Estate License
• Demonstrated ability to work diligently and persistently
• Proficient in leading and managing teams effectively
• Exceptional skills in communication and negotiation are essential
• Confidence in oneself, balanced with a sense of humility, is necessary
