About the position

As a Director of Provider Marketing at InStride Health, you will play a pivotal role in amplifying our mission and driving awareness, engagement, and conversions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that effectively communicate our value proposition, reach target audiences (referring providers, employers, and payors), and foster meaningful connections with our targets. You will report to our VP of Patient Acquisition and work in close collaboration with our Director of Consumer Marketing to represent the InStride brand. In this role, you will be responsible for creating comprehensive provider-facing marketing strategies aligned with company objectives, market trends, and audience insights to drive brand awareness, patient acquisition, and revenue growth. You will enhance InStride Health's visibility and engagement among referring providers, employers, and payors. You will also develop and implement a provider, employer, and payor-focused market launch playbook as InStride expands into new geographies, taking into account local market dynamics. Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the healthcare provider landscape will be essential. Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns will allow you to use data to refine strategies and improve outcomes. Cultivating and enhancing InStride's brand identity will be a key responsibility, ensuring consistency across all provider touchpoints and effectively communicating our unique value proposition for each target audience. You will lead provider-facing digital marketing efforts including paid advertising, email marketing, and SEO, optimizing performance and monitoring KPIs to gauge campaign effectiveness. Collaboration will be crucial as you work closely with internal teams and our external marketing agency to create compelling marketing materials, including case studies, white papers, presentations, and digital content that effectively communicate InStride Health's value proposition. You will also create and execute a marketing strategy roadmap for the employer and payor audiences, stay abreast of trends and competitive activities, and develop and implement a conferences/events plan to increase brand awareness and credibility. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, employer groups, and payors, will foster collaboration and drive referral growth.
