About the position

The Director of Real Estate and Club Marketing at Highgate Hotels is a pivotal role responsible for the planning, development, and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's real estate and club membership offerings. This position is integral to Elevation Resort and works closely with the VP of Marketing to generate innovative strategies aimed at creating and nurturing marketing leads, enhancing cross-marketing partnerships, and driving sales revenue across multiple business lines. The role requires a blend of creative and analytical thinking to develop captivating marketing and sales campaigns that span various channels, ensuring a seamless lead generation process throughout the inbound funnel. In this influential position, the Director will act as a liaison between the marketing, club, development, and sales teams at South Street Partners, collaborating directly with the hotel team to leverage cross-marketing opportunities. The Director will oversee internal processes, production, creative direction, and manage relationships with outside agencies, all while utilizing marketing technology and customer data to measure and enhance marketing performance. This role demands the ability to strategize with key stakeholders while also being detail-oriented enough to execute plans effectively. The Director will set forth and execute the marketing strategy for real estate and club initiatives, ensuring brand integrity and lead acquisition across all departments. Responsibilities include developing traditional and digital marketing plans, managing budgets, establishing KPIs for brand health, and overseeing the planning and execution of new product launches. The Director will also be responsible for developing tools to promote sales and resales, managing marketing production systems, and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing programs to provide measurable results. Responsibilities

  • Set forth and execute resorts real estate and club marketing strategy as directed by the VP of Marketing of South Street Partners.
  • Create, lead and execute cross-functional integrated marketing programs to ensure brand/messaging integrity and lead acquisition across all departments.
  • Collaborate with VP of Marketing and Director of Marketing Operations to develop traditional and digital marketing plans and campaigns that generate revenue.
  • Drive the overall creative direction and execution for all channels of marketing related to digital, email, social, print, direct mail, PR, events, and production assets.
  • Work with VP of Marketing on budgets, billing and financial reporting.
  • Manage and position the brand with a focus on consistent integration, voice, tone and vision within all marketing outputs.
  • Establish and deliver against KPIs for brand health across all markets.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of new real estate and club membership development, research, positioning and strategy.
  • Develop timelines and launch strategies for new products as well as budgets and marketing plans.
  • Concept and work with team on development of tools to promote sales as well as resales.
  • Develop, manage and maintain optimal marketing production and campaign approval systems.
  • Develop and maintain the operational production framework for producing marketing campaigns effectively and efficiently, on time and on budget.
  • Develop and manage internal marketing personnel if applicable.
  • Develop performance criteria and complete annual performance evaluations for direct reports.
  • Work closely with sales and sales operations personnel to ensure goals are met.
  • Serve as a consistent liaison between marketing and hotel to ensure business goals are met.
  • Engage and activate outside agents and generate referrals from loyalty lists across ownership groups.
  • Collaborate with VP of Marketing and Director of Marketing Business Systems on all lead workflows, campaign attribution, nurturing programs and fulfillment processes.
  • Responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of marketing programs and providing measurable results.

Requirements

  • College Degree in marketing, business or other related field required.
  • Five to Six years of experience working in a similar position.
  • Real Estate marketing and experience required.
  • Propertybase and Hubspot experience a bonus.
  • Strong CRM understanding a must.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products to include Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, meet deadlines and multi-task.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
  • Strong technical skills and mindset to leverage database and workflow drive software.
  • Ability to deliver high quality work, quickly, in a dynamic organization under pressure.
