Responsibilities
- Oversee therapy services and staff across multiple facilities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in rehabilitation.
- Manage patient care plans and coordinate with healthcare teams.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to therapy staff.
- Monitor and evaluate therapy outcomes and implement improvements.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited therapy program (PT, PTA, OT, or COTA).
- Current state licensure as a therapist.
- Experience with PDPM and MDS management preferred.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn quickly.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in a leadership role within rehabilitation services.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
