About the position

The Director/Operations Manager at Penny Realty, Inc. is responsible for leading property management operations in San Diego, CA.   • Utilize market insights and financial analysis to inform decisions regarding property management accounts, leasing strategies, and pricing.
  • Cultivate and nurture positive relationships with property owners, tenants, and vendors to foster a harmonious work environment.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience overseeing Residential Property Management in the San Diego area.
  • Possession of a valid CA Real Estate License is mandatory.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
