About The Position
The Director of Residential Property Operations at WSH Management is responsible for overseeing the operations of a portfolio of Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Affordable Housing communities throughout California. This role involves managing all aspects of property operations, including personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial administration, and risk management. The Director will lead a team of Regional Property Managers to maximize occupancy levels, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain fiscal responsibility while driving value through effective leadership and innovative business strategies.
