Responsibilities

  • Drive the software development efforts for the warehousing robotics platform.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field; Ph.D. is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within robotics or warehouse automation.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex robotics software systems in a commercial environment.
  • Deep understanding of software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
  • Expertise in robotics software frameworks (e.g., ROS), control systems, and real-time software development.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse automation technologies and processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and innovatively.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with machine learning and AI techniques applied to robotics.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based architectures and their application in robotics systems.
