About the position

The Director of Sales and Marketing at Morada Senior Living is responsible for driving occupancy and sales for The Lodge at Greeley, an upscale senior living community. This role involves engaging with seniors and their families, presenting various living options, and tailoring care services to meet individual needs. Responsibilities

• Interact with seniors and their families to explore living options.
• Present different lifestyles available at the community, including Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care.
• Conduct community tours and host events to build occupancy.
• Build relationships and influence decision-making among prospects and their families.
• Discover sales motivations and needs of potential residents.
• Close sales both in person and over the phone.

Requirements

• Five or more years of proven commission-based sales experience.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships.
• Expertise in discovering prospects' sales motivations and needs.
• Ability to think strategically and overcome objections.
• Self-starter with a passion for sales and achieving goals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with sales CRM systems for tracking leads and sales activities.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in senior living sales is preferred but not required.
