Utilizing market research and consumer insights, you will identify trends and opportunities, ensuring our brand remains competitive and relevant. You will collaborate with R&D and product development teams to enhance product portfolios and ensure alignment with market demands. Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with retail and food service partners, distributors, and industry influencers will be crucial. As a brand ambassador, you will represent our company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities. Furthermore, you will provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the sales and marketing teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture that empowers team members to achieve their full potential.
