Responsibilities

  • Work safely and adhere to all company and regulatory EH&S policies and procedures.
  • Supervise and manage department personnel, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Act as the sales executive in charge of managing global sales and marketing operations.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to maintain competitiveness.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of market conditions and customer concerns.
  • Promote the company's interests to customers and industry stakeholders.
  • Analyze sales reports and take necessary actions to achieve desired results.
  • Oversee the professional development of the sales department, including systems and training.
  • Conduct sales and marketing analysis and prepare reports for various stakeholders.
  • Resolve customer complaints and sales or service issues.

Requirements

  • Four-year degree in Engineering, Material Science, or a related field.
  • 10-15 years of experience in marketing or sales of primary alloys preferred.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in document control systems and learning management systems (LMS).
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with personnel at all organizational levels.
  • Understanding of the investment casting industry.
  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
  • Financial aptitude and business acumen.
