About the position

The Director of Sales and Marketing at Integral Senior Living is responsible for driving sales and occupancy in senior living communities. This role involves engaging with seniors and their families, presenting various living options, and tailoring care services to meet individual needs. The position requires a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for improving the lives of seniors.

Responsibilities

• Interact with seniors, their family members, and other influencers to explore living options.
• Present different lifestyles available at the community, including Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care.
• Conduct community tours and host various prospect and professional events to build occupancy.
• Discover sales motivations and needs of prospects to tailor presentations accordingly.
• Close sales both in person and over the phone.

Requirements

• Five or more years of proven commission-based sales experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience working with sales CRM systems, tracking leads and sales activities.
• Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships and influence decision making.
• Quick, strategic thinker with the ability to understand and overcome objections.
• Self-starter with a passion for sales and accomplishing goals.

Nice-to-haves

• Senior living experience is preferred but not required.
• Compassionate with an interest in working with seniors.
