About the position

The Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible for increasing occupancy in a senior living community through effective inside and outside sales strategies. This role involves developing strong relationships within the local community, creating marketing plans, and coordinating marketing visits. The position is dynamic and fast-paced, offering opportunities for personal growth and advancement while motivating staff to achieve census goals.

Responsibilities

• Increase occupancy through inside and outside sales efforts.
• Develop positive relationships within the local community and surrounding areas.
• Create and implement marketing plans for the community.
• Coordinate marketing visits and community activities.
• Communicate census goals and motivate staff participation.
• Manage all aspects of the move-in process.

Requirements

• Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a sales and marketing role.
• Previous experience with Senior Living Community Sales & Marketing is preferred.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with a proven track record of success in closing sales.
• Enthusiastic, flexible, and energetic personality capable of managing diverse personalities.
