As the Director of Sales & Marketing at Sheraton Oklahoma City Downtown Hotel, you will play a pivotal role in leading our sales team in a vibrant and dynamic environment. Your primary responsibility will be to direct the sales team's efforts through effective communication and strategic oversight. You will oversee key hotel bookings and sales commitments, ensuring that our high standards are met through regular training programs for the team. In this role, you will prepare detailed reports that analyze the operations of our sales department, providing insights that will help shape our strategies. You will also be responsible for researching and analyzing industry trends to develop innovative marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience. Delivering persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients will be a key part of your day-to-day activities, as will traveling to meet and entertain clients to foster strong relationships. Additionally, you will create and execute our annual computerized Sales & Marketing Plan, ensuring that our goals align with the overall vision of the hotel. Requirements

  • Proficiency in English.
