They specialize in delivering energy projectsof varying sizes and complexities with a focus on Electrical,Solar, EV Charging, & Energy Efficiency construction.They arelooking for a motivated individual to join their team and filltheir Director of Sales role.Overview:As the Director of Sales, youwill be responsible for managing Sales Representatives, SalesEngineers, and Energy Efficiency Specialists. You will drive growthby developing and championing sales strategies, optimizing thesales team's productivity, and building strong relationships withutility energy efficiency teams and suppliers.Responsibilities: Lead a team of sales professionals and Energy EfficiencySpecialists. Act as a resource to sales employees, supporting them throughall phases of the sales process. Communicate goals, provide mentoring, and conduct performanceappraisals. Participate in industry associations and events to buildrelationships and enhance our client's reputation. Work within a collaborative, open team environment to achievebusiness goals. Develop business in line with growth objectives and utilityprogram commitments. Review proposals and estimates to ensure accuracy andprofessional quality. Develop training programs and foster a forward-thinking culturewithin the sales team.Required Skills & Experience: Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related fieldpreferred. Minimum of 6+ years of sales experience. Minimum of 3+ years of sales management. Successful sales track record. Experience selling solutions successfully. Thorough knowledge of energy efficiency solutions and utilityrebate programs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and industry-relatedsoftware. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiationskills.
