About the position

The Director of Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) will lead teams to enhance and standardize SIOP processes within Regal Rexnord's Power Efficiency Solutions segment. This role focuses on cross-departmental collaboration to develop strategic plans for supply chain technology, continuous improvement of SIOP processes, and talent development in planning skillsets. The position is integral to the creation and deployment of the SIOP process across the Motor Solutions business.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Segment SIOP processes, ensuring proper management and analysis of demand planning, supply planning, and inventory forecasts.
  • Partner with Demand Planning and Supply Planning leadership to introduce SIOP concepts and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain Technology team to develop a multi-year technology roadmap.
  • Develop a roadmap of analytical tools to support SIOP decision-making.
  • Implement strategies for inventory optimization, production scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance SIOP effectiveness.
  • Manage and mentor a team of SIOP analysts and planners, fostering a collaborative culture.
  • Communicate SIOP objectives, plans, and results to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Identify potential risks in supply chain operations and develop mitigation strategies.

Requirements

  • BS in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Engineering; MBA and/or PMP certification are a plus.
  • Minimum 10 years of supply chain experience with a focus on forecasting concepts and techniques.
  • At least 3 years of people leadership experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to apply basic statistical concepts.
  • Experience with end-to-end supply chain planning tools including forecasting, supply planning, inventory optimization, and SIOP solutions.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Experience with tools such as Microsoft Project, Office, SharePoint, ERP (SAP/Oracle), Planning Tools (Demantra), and Analytical Dashboards (Power BI).
  • Demonstrated experience in applying lean tools.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a global supply chain environment.
  • Knowledge of advanced analytics and data visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in manufacturing.
