About the position

The Director of Sales Operations will lead and oversee the sales operations team at Divisions Maintenance Group, ensuring the smooth operation of the sales department to maximize performance and drive growth. This role is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, optimizing sales processes, managing sales analytics, and supporting the sales team to achieve their targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to drive growth and profitability.
  • Establish and manage sales quotas and implement effective sales processes.
  • Oversee and manage sales performance.
  • Oversee the overall operations of the organization, including the development of operational plans and processes.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and data to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the executive leadership team to align operations with company vision and goals.
  • Identify and manage key performance indicators to measure the success of operations, strategies and ensure efficiency and effectiveness of our commercial team.
  • Drive the opportunity & pipeline management standards, processes and reporting for the company.
  • Develop, build, refine, and manage the forecasting tools for quota setting and revenue reporting.
  • Establish productivity, quality, and customer-service standards and KPIs for our commercial teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage budgets and resources to support operations and strategic initiatives.
  • Mentor and develop high-performing teams and leaders.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in a leadership role in strategy and operations.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful business strategies.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
  • Proven leadership skills, including the ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams.
  • Experience leading organizational change and managing through complex challenges.
  • Ability to manage the stress of a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to meet the in-person requirements of the team and/or business needs.
