About the position

The Director of Sales Operations will collaborate with business leaders and sales teams to oversee and enhance all aspects of the organization's sales operations. This role focuses on managing sales systems, driving customer satisfaction, and implementing continuous improvement projects to boost efficiency and productivity. The Director will also ensure that sales operations solutions align with the company's profitability goals and will lead a team of Sales Administrators across various branches.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders and sales team members to plan and direct sales operations.
  • Manage sales systems including ERP and CRM to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Plan and manage continuous improvement projects to maximize sales team efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop a strong understanding of OEM merchandising and go-to-market programs.
  • Lead a team of Sales Administrators across dealer AOC.

Requirements

  • College degree required.
  • At least 7 years of industry-related experience.
  • Heavy equipment service experience.
  • Highly developed organization and communication skills.
  • Broad-based computer skills.
