In this position, the Director will lead the development and execution of the annual and ongoing sales planning process across all regions and segments. They will oversee the execution of the sales budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize ROI. The role also involves managing and refining sales forecasting models, utilizing financial data and analytics to predict sales trends and adjust strategies accordingly. The Director will work closely with key stakeholders and cross-functional leaders to ensure that sales plans are integrated with global business objectives, providing leadership and direction to the sales planning and enablement team while fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. The Director will utilize workflow management tools and technology to streamline sales planning processes, enhancing team productivity. Regular reports will be prepared and presented to senior management on sales planning activities and progress toward goals, making this role pivotal in driving the commercial growth of the division.
