In this role, you will be responsible for building out the State and Local Government (SLED) Go-To-Market (GTM) team from the ground up, enabling WalkMe to capitalize on the significant market opportunity within the Public Sector. Your primary focus will be on driving revenue performance for the SLED team, ensuring that the Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) targets are met and exceeded. You will also be tasked with senior management reporting, providing insights and updates on the team's performance and strategic direction. As a leader, you will hire, lead, and retain a high-performing sales team dedicated to SLED accounts. You will develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for growing these accounts, which will include crafting a robust GTM strategy tailored specifically for the SLED market. Your role will require direct interaction with customers, partners, and influencers, as well as collaboration with WalkMe's leadership to ensure alignment and support for the SLED initiatives. To succeed in this position, you will need to leverage your extensive experience in tech sales, particularly within the SLED sector, to build demand and establish WalkMe as a leader in this new category of technology. Your strong existing relationships within the territory will be crucial in driving sales and fostering partnerships that enhance WalkMe's presence in the Public Sector.
