As the Director of Sales at Topgolf, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and enhancing guest experiences through strategic sales initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include performing revenue forecasts and win/loss reports to assess your team's performance against established quotas. You will be tasked with creating innovative sales campaigns that focus on building and nurturing relationships with guests, ultimately driving repeat sales. Conducting thorough market analysis will be essential in devising effective strategies for generating new business opportunities. Collaboration will be key in this role, as you will work closely with the National Director of Sales and Events, as well as the Corporate Marketing Team, to align sales strategies with broader company goals. You will provide leadership in the day-to-day operations of the sales team, ensuring that performance goals are established and monitored continuously. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of the Strategic Marketing Plan alongside Senior Staff.
