In this role, you will be responsible for driving the sales performance of our team by performing revenue forecasts and win/loss reports that illustrate the overall performance against quotas. You will create and implement sales campaigns that focus on communicating and nurturing relationships with guests, ultimately driving repeat sales. Conducting market analysis will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you will devise strategies for generating new business opportunities. You will work closely with the National Director of Sales and Events, as well as our Corporate Marketing Team, to align sales strategies with broader company goals. As a leader in the day-to-day operations of the sales team, you will maintain a strong focus on the company's strategic goals. Establishing performance goals for the sales team and monitoring their performance on a continual basis will be essential to ensure that targets are met. You will also have the opportunity to develop, or collaborate with Senior Staff in the development of, the Strategic Marketing Plan.
