Requirements

• 10+ years in software engineering, specifically in advertising technology and auction systems.
• 5+ years of people management experience, including 3 years managing teams of managers.
• Deep understanding of advertising technologies, such as real-time bidding and programmatic advertising.
• Demonstrated success in building and delivering scalable, high-performance advertising systems.
• Strong grasp of software development processes and software design principles.
• Experience with machine learning, analytics, and data-driven decision-making in advertising technology.
• Exceptional communication skills to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
