As a Senior Director of Software Engineering at JPMorgan Chase within the Asset Management line of business, you will lead a technical area and drive significant impact across teams, technologies, and projects. In this position, you will be responsible for leading technology and process implementations to build out a data platform that serves the needs of Asset Management's Client and Fund Reporting. You will drive the refinement of the data platform's architecture and contribute to defining the product roadmap and vision for Client Reporting. Your oversight will extend to decisions that influence team resources, budget, tactical operations, and the execution and implementation of processes and procedures. You will carry governance accountability for coding decisions, control obligations, and measures of success such as cost of ownership, maintainability, and portfolio operations. Additionally, you will deliver technical solutions that can be leveraged across multiple businesses and domains, influencing peer leaders and senior stakeholders across the business, product, and technology teams.
