Responsibilities

• Lead technology and process implementations to achieve functional technology objectives.
• Partner with Product teams to accomplish key business deliverables.
• Collaborate with Agility Lead to maintain a clean Jira backlog and Jira Align roadmap.
• Make decisions that influence teams' resources, budget, tactical operations, and the execution and implementation of processes and procedures.
• Carry governance accountability for coding decisions, control obligations, and measures of success such as cost of ownership, maintainability, and portfolio operations.
• Deliver technical solutions that can be leveraged across multiple businesses and domains.
• Influence peer leaders and senior stakeholders across the business, product, and technology teams.
• Champion the firm's culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect.

Requirements

• Experience developing or leading cross-functional teams of technologists.
• Experience with hiring, developing, and recognizing talent.
• Experience leading a product as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
• Expertise in Agile Methodology including tools like Jira and Jira Align.
• Experience in running roadmap planning and resource allocations.
• Practical cloud native experience.
• Expertise in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
