About the position

The Director of Software Engineering at ICF will lead and manage software development projects within the Health Analytics, Research, and Technology (HART) Line of Business. This strategic role involves mentoring software engineers, architecting technical solutions, and ensuring the performance of mission-critical applications for federal clients, particularly in the health sector. The position requires staying updated with industry trends and participating in business development activities.

Requirements

• Experience with software development languages (Javascript, Java, Python, R)
• Familiarity with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Project management experience
• Knowledge of AI/ML
• 5+ years managing others
• Experience working with Federal clients particularly in HHS
