In this position, you will lead a team of developers with extensive experience in IAM, focusing on innovative identity lifecycle management initiatives. You will collaborate closely with Product partners to deliver robust solutions that automate capabilities supporting Cyber and IAM. Your role will involve working within and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions for the identity platform and other technologies. You will also manage complex vendor relationships, ensuring seamless integration of vendor platforms into the broader Capital One ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include developing and leveraging trusted relationships across Architecture, Design, and other Technology leaders to ensure strategic alignment across key Cyber initiatives. You will utilize programming languages such as Java, Python, SQL, and container orchestration services like Docker and Kubernetes, along with configuration management tools including Ansible and Terraform, and various AWS tools and services. Staying abreast of tech trends, experimenting with new technologies, and participating in technology communities will be essential aspects of your role. Additionally, you will encourage innovation, promote diversity, and mentor engineers in their career development and performance.
