About The Position

The Director of Standardization plays a critical role in driving operational excellence across all service lines by identifying, developing, and implementing strategic initiatives that support systemwide consistency and client-specific needs. This position focuses on improving business efficiency through innovation, standardization, and the successful execution of large-scale projects that enhance client satisfaction and retention. Success in this role requires strong cross‑functional collaboration, effective project management, and advanced analytical skills.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required; PMP and/or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing large, complex projects
Proven success leading change management efforts and driving cross‑functional initiatives
Strong ability to influence and lead without direct authority
Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and business acumen
Exceptional communication skills across all levels of the organization
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Must reside in the NY/CT region with the ability to travel daily to assigned account locations

Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between operations, field support teams, and clients to align strategies with business objectives
Leverage data analytics to identify, evaluate, and prioritize operational initiatives
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support communication, engagement, and change adoption
Lead project planning efforts, including scope definition, resource allocation, timelines, and performance metrics
Promote, document, and disseminate best practices across the region to drive consistency and continuous improvement
