About The Position
By providing leadership to strategic planning, business development, and business performance monitoring, the Director, Strategic Planning supports the Central Division's overall strategic direction and business operations. This role partners with Central Division leaders to develop, evaluate, and implement strategic growth opportunities and business improvement projects. In addition, the position advances Division SOAR initiatives and engages in high-level sales and operational planning for annual budgeting. Responsibilities are across all product lines, driving division and enterprise commercial strategies, along with process improvement activities to drive near - and long-term business performance.
