About the position

The Director of Strategy, Marketing Operations, Marketing Communications, and Digital, AI is responsible for leading the execution and optimization of marketing activities across the portfolio, specifically in Molecular Imaging and Contrast Media. This role focuses on overseeing marketing operations, digital marketing strategies, AI-driven marketing initiatives, and communications to ensure cohesive, data-driven, and innovative marketing campaigns. The Director collaborates closely with other marketing directors to drive strategic alignment and enhance marketing effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee marketing processes, workflows, and tools to ensure efficient planning, execution, and measurement of marketing campaigns.
  • Lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies, integrating AI-driven solutions for enhanced personalization and analytics.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive communication strategies to enhance brand awareness and support product launches.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and measure marketing campaigns, using analytics to track performance and optimize ROI.
  • Work closely with other marketing directors to ensure alignment and integration across all marketing efforts.
  • Oversee the adoption and implementation of marketing technologies to improve campaign performance and customer engagement.
  • Manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources across marketing operations, communications, and digital initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
  • Ensure all marketing activities adhere to regulatory requirements and uphold the company's brand standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or marketing communications, with leadership experience in a multinational environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing digital marketing and AI-driven initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of marketing technologies, including CRM, automation platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with AI-driven marketing solutions, including predictive analytics and machine learning for customer segmentation and targeting.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
  • Strong ability to create and enforce brand guidelines ensuring consistency in messaging and visual identity across marketing channels.
