About the position

The Director of Technology Product & Program Management is responsible for leading and mentoring the product and program management team, focusing on internal solutions for business partners. This role emphasizes the vision, roadmap, design, and delivery of business processes through iterative releases, while championing cloud-native best practices and innovative technologies such as AI, ML, and LLM.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees the product and program management team to determine requirements and evaluate performance.
  • Approves product delivery and deployment dates for new product releases and maintenance releases.
  • Ensures alignment of the technology and architectural roadmap with the product/business roadmap.
  • Champions and implements product management best practices within the team.
  • Supervises assigned leaders and team members, managing human resources functions.
  • Stays updated on industry trends and factors affecting the business.
  • Establishes and maintains positive working relationships across departments and locations.
  • Maintains confidentiality of proprietary information and exercises sound judgment.

Requirements

  • At least seven years of experience leading and managing internal and external teams.
  • Experience mentoring, leading, and coaching product managers, UX designers, project managers, and scrum masters.
  • Experience delivering custom solutions with high customer satisfaction and market adoption.
  • Experience building trusted relationships with Product Engineering.
  • Prior experience managing onshore and offshore acceptance criteria.
  • Experience championing and implementing product management best practices.
  • Experience delivering enterprise applications with high quality and market adoption.
