About the position

The Director of Total Rewards, Program Management at Lantheus Medical Imaging Inc. is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of Total Reward programs that align with the company's corporate goals. This role involves collaboration across HR functional areas to deliver compensation and benefits programs that enhance employee experience, while also ensuring compliance and operational efficiency. The director will lead multiple workstreams, manage complex projects, and drive the integration of Total Rewards strategies in support of company growth and acquisitions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex projects within Total Rewards focusing on regulatory compliance and alignment with HR objectives.
  • Collaborate with compensation and benefits partners to identify risks and operationalize mitigation plans.
  • Work cross-functionally to assess and optimize efficiency in programs and processes.
  • Lead integration and harmonization efforts for Total Rewards in support of company acquisitions.
  • Develop employee-centric communication materials for Total Rewards harmonization efforts.
  • Document Total Rewards processes for internal audits and regulatory compliance.
  • Strategize communication of Total Rewards philosophy and programs to employees.
  • Conduct regular assessments to measure the effectiveness of Total Reward programs.
  • Lead change management efforts related to compensation and benefits initiatives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive compensation and/or employee benefits experience domestically and internationally.
  • 5+ years of experience leading enterprise-wide global programs/projects.
  • Expert understanding of Federal regulations and State requirements in Total Rewards.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Finance/Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience in the biopharmaceutical industry is preferable.
