About The Position

The Director of Offshore Business Development at Audubon Engineering Operations LLC is responsible for developing business relationships to secure contracts and projects for the company's clean energy services. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline of Engineering or a technical degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in Business Development within the power and utility sector or related technical positions.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop business relationships to secure contracts and projects for Audubon's clean energy services.
  • Map the value chain and ecosystem of clients, partners, and competitors in the energy market.
  • Identify project prospects and solicit RFPs and bid opportunities through cold calling and established relationships.
  • Transition prospects into contracts and purchase orders for services such as Hydrogen, CCUS, RNG, Solar, Wind, BESS, and Geothermal.
  • Partner with Sales, Partner, and Deal Teams to develop senior relationships with key partners and utilities.
  • Negotiate pricing and win projects by developing favorable customer relationships.
  • Assist Project Managers with proposal preparation and input information into Audubon CRM.
  • Represent Audubon's clean energy business at industry meetings and social functions.
  • Maintain appropriate professional society memberships.
  • Build business strategies and create sales and marketing collateral.
