About the position

The Director of Oncology Customer Experience Marketing for Zejula at GSK is responsible for leading the strategy and execution of marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing the patient experience in oncology care. This role involves collaborating with internal and external partners to develop a comprehensive patient brand strategy, creating digital and non-digital marketing assets, and optimizing omnichannel campaigns to support patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers. The position requires a strong focus on understanding the patient community and the competitive landscape to drive impactful marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy and execution of marketing efforts for the Zejula brand in the oncology business unit.
  • Develop and implement patient-focused marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to gain insights on the patient community.
  • Create and manage digital and non-digital patient assets, including web, social, and print materials.
  • Analyze data to identify gaps and opportunities for the patient strategy.
  • Manage relationships with multiple agencies and external partners for promotional programs.
  • Develop KPIs and track performance of omnichannel marketing programs.
  • Ensure compliance with GSK International Code of Pharmaceutical Marketing.
  • Adapt marketing strategies based on market changes and portfolio updates.
  • Potentially lead a team of customer experience marketing managers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of marketing experience
  • 1+ year of patient or payer pharmaceutical marketing experience
  • 1+ year of digital marketing experience
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, including some weekends

Nice-to-haves

  • Comprehensive understanding of advanced marketing concepts including market analysis and strategic planning.
  • Proficiency in advanced digital marketing platforms and analytics tools.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience managing direct reports.
  • More than five years' experience in pharmaceutical marketing in specialty therapeutic areas.
  • Knowledge of the US healthcare system and market environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
