About the position

The Director, HCP Marketing for Zejula at GSK is responsible for leading the healthcare professional marketing strategy and brand activation to ensure a successful product launch and achieve brand aspirations. This role involves directing all HCP marketing activities, making strategic decisions related to product management, advertising, and promotion, while also identifying opportunities for company expansion and market share growth. The position requires a strong focus on collaboration with analytics teams, budget management, and adherence to pharmaceutical marketing codes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the HCP marketing strategy and brand activation for Zejula.
  • Partner with insights and analytics teams to develop operational and launch plans for Advanced Ovarian Cancer.
  • Develop short and long-term marketing plans and budgets aligned with global strategies.
  • Promote innovative business initiatives and explore new business opportunities.
  • Deliver and execute strategic plans to meet performance goals using key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Build strong networks across global brand teams to facilitate product launch and lifecycle milestones.
  • Manage marketing and promotional expenditures within agreed budgets.
  • Develop and apply marketing decision-making techniques through research and intelligence.
  • Build partnerships with external agencies for marketing campaign development and deployment.
  • Ensure compliance with GSK International Code of Pharmaceutical Marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech marketing experience, including 1+ year of US Marketing experience in Oncology/Hematology.
  • Leadership experience in a marketing role.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, including some weekends.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA).
  • Comprehensive understanding of advanced marketing concepts including market analysis and strategic planning.
  • Proficiency in advanced digital marketing platforms and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
