About the position

The Director, ONIVYDE Marketing is a key leadership role within the Oncology Business Unit at Ipsen Biopharmaceuticals. This position is responsible for leading the US promotional marketing strategy for ONIVYDE, contributing to both short-term goals and long-term franchise strategy. The director will oversee the development and execution of promotional plans, focusing on field effectiveness and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead US promotional marketing strategy for ONIVYDE.
• Develop, manage, and execute promotional plans with a focus on field effectiveness.
• Oversee targeting and segmentation processes for brand messaging.
• Collaborate with the data and insights team to align research and analytics plans with brand needs.
• Work closely with field leadership to identify and communicate training needs.
• Co-develop strategic training plans for ONIVYDE with internal and external providers.
• Ensure compliant execution of all promotional activities.
• Collaborate with various teams including Oncology field leadership, Marketing, Key Accounts, and Sales for brand promotional development and execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent, MS/MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology commercial experience.
• Proven cross-functional leadership skills in a complex matrix environment.
• Successful Oncology launch planning experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others.
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Significant experience in specialty oncology with knowledge of complex science and reimbursement.
• Knowledge of AMA, ACCME, PhRMA, and FDA regulations related to promotion and education activities.
