About the position

The Director, Operations Acquisition & Integration is a senior leadership role at Signature Aviation responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, execution, and management of acquisition and integration efforts. This position is critical for ensuring the seamless integration of acquired business units into the Signature Aviation network, focusing on operational efficiency, maximizing synergies, and driving value creation from acquisitions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic planning and execution of acquisition and integration efforts.
• Manage cross-functional collaboration across key departments such as Finance, Human Resources, IT, Commercial, Legal, and Communications.
• Ensure seamless integration of acquired business units into the Signature Aviation network.
• Drive operational efficiency and maximize synergies from acquisitions.
• Provide leadership from pre-acquisition through to go-live and stabilization.
