The Director of Operations for Multi-Site Clinics at AdventHealth is responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of multiple healthcare facilities. Responsibilities

• Manage, hire, and train office managers across multiple clinics.
• Implement and train staff on the use of Electronic Health Records in an ambulatory setting.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare laws and regulations related to physician offices.
• Oversee healthcare finance aspects, including revenue cycle, expense management, and budgeting.
• Lead departments to achieve high levels of employee, physician, and patient satisfaction.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 to 5 years of position-related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Deep knowledge of Electronic Health Records and their application in ambulatory settings.
• Working knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations.
• Knowledge of healthcare finance, particularly in revenue cycle and budgeting.
• Effective communication skills with physicians and management.
