Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the operations of multiple clinic sites.
• Train and implement Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems in an ambulatory setting.
• Hire and train office managers to ensure effective clinic operations.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare laws and regulations related to physician offices.
• Manage healthcare finance aspects, including revenue cycle, expense management, and budgeting.
• Communicate effectively with physicians and all levels of management to enhance operational efficiency.
• Lead departments to achieve high levels of employee, physician, and patient satisfaction.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 to 5 years of position-related experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Deep knowledge of Electronic Health Records and their implementation in ambulatory settings.
• Working knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations.
• Knowledge of healthcare finance, including revenue cycle and budgeting.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with various stakeholders.
