Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement professional development programs for employees, including leadership development programs.
  • Design and oversee comprehensive programs to enhance employee capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Engage with executive leadership and key stakeholders to ensure alignment of organizational development strategies.
  • Build collaborative relationships across departments to drive organizational effectiveness.
  • Infuse a strengths-based positive leadership model to nurture a high-performing organizational culture.
  • Design strategies to enhance the college culture and promote employee engagement aligned with the college's values.
  • Lead efforts to enhance a culture of inclusive excellence.
  • Remain current with trends and best practices in organizational development and higher education.
  • Introduce innovative approaches to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Champion the use of technology to enhance organizational development, including virtual support and artificial intelligence.
  • Work closely with the President to develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with the college's mission and goals.
  • Manage highly visible, complex projects and activities on behalf of the President.
  • Provide direction for organizational development strategies and programs.
  • Spearhead special projects critical to the President's vision for the institution.
  • Provide regular updates to the President about organizational development initiatives and their impact.
