About the position

Medica Talent Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Director of Outreach & Marketing for a prominent healthcare organization to lead their PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) program. This full-time, direct-hire position is based in Commerce, CA, and focuses on driving membership growth and retention within the PACE program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns aimed at meeting or exceeding enrollment goals. This role requires collaboration with senior leaders and center managers to implement effective marketing initiatives that resonate with the target audience. In addition to campaign development, the Regional Director will build and maintain strategic community partnerships to enhance brand awareness and growth. The position also involves optimizing CRM systems for data-driven decision-making and performance improvement, ensuring compliance with State and Federal PACE regulations, including CMS guidelines. A key aspect of this role is leading and mentoring a marketing team, ensuring adherence to goals and high performance, while fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. The successful candidate will bring a wealth of experience in marketing and strategy, particularly within the healthcare sector, and will be adept at navigating the complexities of healthcare marketing. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required; Master's Degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing and strategy, with a strong background in healthcare.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or Chinese is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
