Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to market Youngstown State University to Education Service Centers and school systems.
  • Collaborate with divisional leadership to align vision and strategy with university goals.
  • Act as the outreach arm for marketing internship partnerships and training programs.
  • Foster relationships with area superintendents and education service centers.
  • Establish a corporate sales pipeline for the Excellence Training Center's programs.
  • Create effective business development strategies to support university objectives.
  • Oversee operations and supervise staff involved in workforce education programs.
  • Develop external partnerships to expand workforce training initiatives.
  • Promote education programs and services to various stakeholders.
  • Coordinate trade shows and special events to generate leads for corporate education programs.
