Responsibilities

  • Manage public relations and media communications

  • Utilize cloud technologies and CRM for efficient processing and tracking of marketing activities
  • Leverage database and EO/IR systems for customer service and communication
  • Utilize Facebook Insights to enhance brand awareness and campaign planning
  • Adhere to budget processes and ensure cost-effective marketing strategies
  • Foster and manage brand partnerships within the travel industry
  • Implement trade marketing strategies to boost B2B partnerships.

Requirements

  • Proven track record with at least 10 years of experience in a similar role within the travel agencies industry.
  • Demonstrable expertise in cloud technologies, CRM, and database management.
  • Familiarity with EO/IR Systems and Facebook Insights is desired.
  • Strong capability in enhancing brand awareness and managing brand partnerships.
  • Proficiency in budget processes and campaign planning.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in business-to-business (B2B) environments, trade marketing, and brand partnerships.
  • Ability to work in a team and lead cross-functional projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel when required.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and personal development.
