About the position

The Director of Partner Marketing at Snyk is responsible for developing and executing global strategies and go-to-market (GTM) guidance to drive impactful marketing plans that support growth objectives with strategic partners. This role involves collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to create successful marketing models and joint marketing plans, leveraging expert-level partner marketing experience to deliver customer-focused, data-driven marketing programs.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary interface for key internal and external stakeholders to enhance engagement with partners and align strategies for integrated plans.
  • Develop a global partner marketing strategy that aligns with overall marketing and partner sales strategies to drive demand for Snyk solutions.
  • Lead a team of partner marketers, fostering their growth and development to build a world-class capability.
  • Create marketing plans and outcomes tailored to partners' programs and ecosystems.
  • Establish cross-functional alignment and role clarity to enhance partner marketing planning and refine KPIs, dashboards, and reporting focused on business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure partners are integrated into relevant GTM motions and plans.
  • Build processes to align marketing investments, including relationship management and joint demand generation activities.
  • Oversee demand management and marketing programs, including demand generation and pipeline activities.
  • Work with regional partner teams to develop go-to-market plans that align with strategic objectives and business outcomes.
  • Foster team performance and culture in a high-growth environment.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in B2B software industry marketing, particularly in partner engagement (Cybersecurity experience is a plus).
  • Understanding of the cloud and technology alliance partner landscape, including cloud buying models and marketplace programs (preferred).
  • Experience collaborating with cloud and technology alliance partners to achieve success.
  • Deep understanding of market intelligence, insights, and data to formulate strategies and plans.
  • Expert knowledge of the partner ecosystem and best practices in partner marketing.
  • Experience in budget oversight, including partner investment models such as MDF and co-op funding programs.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, open environment and create a supportive context for associates.
