About the position

The Director of Partner Marketing at Ping Identity is responsible for leading and executing the partner marketing strategy across North America. This role is crucial for driving demand generation and revenue growth through a diverse partner ecosystem, including resellers, distributors, and systems integrators. The ideal candidate will be an innovative marketer with a strong background in B2B technology and cybersecurity, capable of developing high-ROI partner programs that align with sales objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the North America partner marketing strategy, aligning with sales and marketing objectives.
  • Design and execute high-ROI marketing programs and campaigns to support partner sales.
  • Collaborate with sales and partner teams to execute joint marketing plans and drive pipeline growth.
  • Develop deep relationships with priority partners to create urgency and empower channel partners.
  • Manage the partner marketing budget, setting performance targets and measuring ROI on campaigns.
  • Partner with global and regional marketing teams to ensure consistency in messaging and program execution.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to monitor and optimize program effectiveness based on KPIs and market trends.
  • Own the partner pipeline number for the Americas region and conduct weekly pipeline reviews.
  • Build and mentor a team of partner marketers, fostering a collaborative culture.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of partner marketing experience in a B2B technology organization, preferably in cybersecurity.
  • 5+ years in a leadership role within partner marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience working with various partner types (resellers, distributors, GSIs, alliances).
  • Proven ability to develop comprehensive partner marketing strategies that drive sales.
  • Skilled in budget management and performance analysis, using data to drive decisions.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills to influence internal and external partners.
  • Experience with marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and understanding of enterprise lead management.
