About the position

The Director of Patient Marketing at Lantheus Medical Imaging Inc. is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies to enhance the success of PYLARIFY and broader PSMA PET efforts. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to identify market needs, create effective marketing initiatives, and ensure a patient-centric approach. The Director will lead key initiatives, manage the Patient Ambassador Program, and drive performance in a dynamic commercial environment, all while embodying the company's core values.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of strategic and annual business plans for the brand to exceed business objectives.
• Conduct market analyses to create, implement, and update strategic plans and performance objectives.
• Identify effective messages and channels to communicate the brand's core value story.
• Manage the Patient Ambassador Program to ensure a patient-centric approach.
• Work closely with cross-functional partners to create and maintain measurement plans and KPIs.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure brand strategy and tactics are executed effectively.
• Develop Consumer assets and manage the associated promotional budget.

Requirements

• BA/BS Degree in Business or Marketing, MBA preferred
• 10+ years in positions of escalating scope and responsibility within healthcare organizations
• 5+ years of management responsibility
• Extensive commercial experience in diagnostics or therapeutics
• Proven ability to think strategically and execute flawlessly
• Strong analytical capabilities to translate insights into action
• Comprehensive understanding of the pharmaceutical and diagnostic industry

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in Oncology, including prostate cancer
• Radiopharmaceutical experience
• Clinical, scientific, or technical discipline knowledge
