About the position

The Director of Payer Agnostic/Client Management at CenterWell is responsible for ensuring strategic relationships with industry partners to grow the volume of profitable prescriptions and proactively acquire new payer business. This role involves managing multiple relationships with external vendors and clients, developing key performance indicators, and optimizing revenue and cost efficiencies. The director will also provide data-driven expertise to improve account management performance and increase market share.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and drive pricing analysis collaboration with the pharmacy analytics team.
  • Provide data-driven expertise and management reporting to improve account management performance and increase market share.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and identify new business opportunities to increase the overall sales portfolio.
  • Identify key areas of improvement through trend and utilization analysis within clients.
  • Collaborate closely with business leaders, marketing, and finance to ensure effective, strategic, and competitive account management plans.
  • Advise key Pharmacy stakeholders to develop functional strategies on significant matters.
  • Exercise independent judgment and decision-making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance or a related field.
  • Demonstrated sales and account management experience in the health solutions industry.
  • 3 or more years of account management team leadership experience.
  • Prior experience leading a sales and account management team with strong consultative and relationship-building skills.
  • Passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
  • Effective problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, written, and oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency — Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint Presentations in a business setting.
