About the position

The Director of Payer Agnostic/Client Management is responsible for ensuring strategic relationships with industry partners to grow the volume of profitable prescriptions into CenterWell Pharmacy Services (CWSP) and proactively acquire new profitable payer business. This role involves managing multiple relationships with external vendors and clients, developing and communicating key performance indicators to enhance account management effectiveness, and optimizing revenue and cost efficiencies.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and drive pricing analysis collaboration with the pharmacy analytics team.
  • Provide data-driven expertise and management reporting to improve account management performance and increase market share.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and identify new business opportunities to increase the overall sales portfolio.
  • Identify key areas of improvement through trend and utilization analysis within clients.
  • Collaborate closely with business leaders, marketing, and finance to ensure effective, strategic, and competitive account management plans.
  • Advise key Pharmacy stakeholders to develop functional strategies on significant matters.
  • Exercise independent judgment and decision-making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, working under minimal supervision.
  • Analyze variable factors and determine the best course of action.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated sales and account management experience in the health solutions industry.
  • 3 or more years of account management team leadership experience.
  • Prior experience leading a sales and account management team with strong consultative and relationship-building skills.
  • Passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
  • Effective problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, written, and oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office — Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint.
